What happens on surgery day?

Patient is usually asked to take good sleep a day prior to surgery.
She is asked to take light breakfast and report to the clinic at the given time.

Markings on the scalp are done and pre operative pictures taken. Local anaesthesia sensitivity done.
Patient is then shifted to OT and laid on the table.

What are the post surgery precautions?

The patient is instructed to sleep supine with slight head elevation. Jerky and heavy movements are to be avoided. Given instructions are to be followed and medications to be taken as advised. First hair wash is given usually 48 hours post surgery.

What are the post surgery complications?

The complications are usually edema and pain.

When can I see the results?
